$500 in Hotel Scrip. Scrip is for lodging only and does not apply to taxes, telephone calls, restaurant & lounge charges, room service, meeting rooms, etc. Any unused scrip balance at checkout is forfeited. Cash refunds, credit for later use, or credit to another account will not be issued. No cash value. Trade Lodging is based on availability. Not valid at Shilo affiliate locations.

Reservations must be made by calling the toll-free reservations number 1-800-222-2244 and are upon availability. Please state that Shilo Scrip will be used for payment when making your reservation. A maximum of ten rooms may be used at one time unless prior arrangements are made. Guest must present original scrip and photo ID upon check-in. No photocopies or faxes will be accepted. No discounts will be given. Reservations are not automatically guaranteed, guest must guarantee reservation with a personal credit card for late arrival.

- To redeem scrip, reservations must be made by calling the toll-free reservation number. 1-800-222-2244, and are upon availability only. Please state that Shilo scrip will be used for payment. A maximum number of ten rooms may be used at one time, unless prior arrangements are made.
- Guest must present original scrip & photo identification at time of check-in. no photocopies or faxed copies will be accepted
- Rates will be charged at “Rack” rates, no discounts or commercial rates will be given
- Reservations are not automatically guaranteed, guest must guarantee reservation with a personal credit card for late arrival
- Scrip expires one year from issue date and is stated on scrip, no extensions will be granted
- Scrip is for lodging only; all other charges are to be paid by the guest at check out. Credit for such charges should be established upon check-in with credit card
- Scrip is not replaceable if lost or stolen
- Scrip must be valid at time of stay
- Any unused scrip balance at checkout is forfeited

- Holiday periods at following hotels: Bend, Newport, Seaside & Ocean Shores including Spring Break and during special local events

Shipping & handling fees apply to auction vouchers that are being mailed.Please note that some items may be print on demand. A $2.00 handling fee will apply to each order that includes a Print On Demand item. $0.50 will be charged for each Print On Demand additional item. Auction item page will specify if item is print on demand. Auction winner will be directed to print out voucher(s). Winners of multiple items may be directed to print out voucher(s) and also pay shipping for those being mailed.
Specified vouchers will be mailed in place of actual item. Voucher may be redeemed for item at physical store location. Items may be picked up at participating merchants or station with voucher as proof of receipt. Vouchers will state whether to go to the merchant or pickup at the station.
Each order with a combined retail value of under $250.00 will be mailed out by USPS. This will be charged $5.59 for the first item and $1.05 for each additional item. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
